After TATA's NANO it is XENITIS turn to launch the world's cheapest bike "ROCK 100cc".As its name sounds it also rocks the two wheeler market with its price of Rs 19990.Another amazing thing about this bike is that it has a mileage of 115kmpl.These two economic features will grab the attention of millions all over the world,but the design is quite normal so it is not an eye catching one like the bikes from Bajaj,Hero Honda,TVS,Yamaha. It will be hard to see youths riding this bike. Introduction of this bike led to change the marketing tactics of the leaders in the 100cc segment.
Hero Honda is one of the key players in this 100cc segment with models such as CD Deluxe and CD Dawn priced between Rs 31,000 and Rs 35,000.The company is also offering Rs 2,020 discount on CD deluxe.Bajaj Auto is planning to replace its 100cc with 125cc.TVS motor has Star series to its name which are priced between Rs 32,000 and Rs 35,000.Alba 106cc from Yamaha is priced at Rs 43,500.
