IS IT FAIR TO MIX POLITICS WITH GAMES???

Opposition to Olympic torch relay are continuously growing wherever it goes around the world and headlines are queued highlighting on this issue on every news channels.Earlier this week, the Olympic torch was relayed through the streets of London and Paris with both relays opposed by the Tibetians.Protests also continued in the streets of San Francisco on wednesday and these poses problems to the IOC in continuing torch relays in future.
Olympic torch will be relayed in the streets of India's capital on April 17th and Indian government has assured of tight security.Indian football team skipper Bhutia refuses to carry the torch as he himself being a buddhist and extend his support to Tibetians.Paes is also uncertain on his decision but he commented "Dont mix Tibet issue with Olympic torch relay".Bollywood star made his mind clear for attending the event despite receiving several requests to boycott it.In his blog,he said " However,I feel that Olympic games do not belong to China" and he is clear not to mix politics with the games.
Though there are mixed views on Tibetians protest I strongly believe that it is an unfair thing to protest the event which is held for the world as a whole and China just being the host nation. It will be very good if these issues are sorted out soon not posing any threat to the Olympic games.

Wouldn't China be gaining a lot of economical benefits during the Olympics?
