Robert Kubica takes his first ever pole position in the Bahrain GP and also the first pole position for BMW sauber team.It is not at all a surprising result from BMW as their performance proved to be matching with Ferrari and McLaren in this season.Last year's race winner Felipe Massa takes the second position with dominant performance in the practice session and Q2.Massa is running through his tough times and winning the race tomorrow will prove his critics wrong.
Potential contenders for championship, Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Raikkonen takes third and fourth positions respectively.Heikki Kovalainen was fifth in his McLaren, followed by BMW's second driver Nick Heidfeld.Alonso who won here in 2006 qualifies for tenth position.Tomorrow's race is going to be exciting with three different cars in the starting grid and expecting Massa to finish the race for the first time this season.
